Physician Associate for local Clinic

Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) Job Category: Primary Care Location: Your Town, OK Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $175,000 - $250,000 Summary This program is designed to return practice ownership to practitioners. It covers startup costs and provides operational support so that, once the clinic is established, ownership is fully transferred to the clinician. The goal is to allow providers to focus on patient care while receiving ongoing support until the practice is debt‑free and fully owned. Practice Launchpad Timeline Open a new clinic: staffing, credentialing, furnishing, and financing. For the first 12 months, manage all practice aspects—team, billing, coding, supervision, malpractice insurance, EMR, payroll, advertising, financials, and business operations—while employing the clinician. After 12 months, transfer ownership and accounts receivable to the clinician, providing ongoing management and support. By approximately 36 months, the clinician fully owns the practice, free of debt and without a need for collateral or upfront investment. Practitioner Roles and Responsibilities Assess patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Provide quality outpatient services by appointment. Conduct ongoing health maintenance, education, and disease prevention with periodic screening for adults. Perform well‑women gynecological exams, including screening, history, examinations, and education. Educate patients regarding disease processes and healthy habits. Maintain knowledge of immunization schedules, adult health maintenance recommendations, and clinic protocols. Order and evaluate appropriate laboratory and X‑ray studies. Complete continuing medical education and maintain licensure in good standing. Maintain current prescriptive authority license, OBNDD, and DEA number. Prescribe medications within the Nurse Practitioner formulary limits. Assist in community health screening and disease prevention activities. Inform Medical Director of difficult cases, poor outcomes, or involvement of other agencies. Interact effectively with patients, families, clinic team members, and others as needed for patient care. Qualifications Current valid license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) in Oklahoma. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Dedication to providing high‑quality patient care. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
