At AdvantageCare Rehabilitation, we're looking for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department at Berks Heim in Leesport, PA. This is an opportunity for a PT, PTA, OT/OTR, COTA, or SLP who is ready to combine clinical knowledge with leadership, team development, and operational oversight—all while working for a company that was founded by therapists and continues to be therapist-led more than 23 years later. As the Director of Rehabilitation at Berks Heim, you'll have the opportunity to shape the day-to-day experience of both your therapy team and the residents they serve. You'll lead PT, OT, and Speech services while partnering closely with facility leadership and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive individualized, clinically appropriate therapy. This isn't about simply managing schedules and numbers. It's about building a strong department, developing great therapists, creating a positive culture, and ensuring that quality patient care remains at the center of everything your team does.
