Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid, Mon–Wed in office) Compensation: $125k base | Year One OTE ~$185k We’re partnering with one of the fastest-growing talent and consulting firms in North America to hire a Director of Recruitment for their West Coast team. This is an operational leadership role overseeing a team of four recruiters, with a focus on driving results, optimizing processes, and building strong client partnerships across VMS and MSP accounts.
