IntroductionWe are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces and support smooth event operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and contributing to successful events.
Responsibilities- Assist with setting up tables, chairs, displays, signage, and event materials.
- Prepare event spaces according to established layouts and instructions.
- Organize and transport event supplies as needed.
- Assist with event breakdown and returning materials to designated areas.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces.
- Support event staff with last-minute setup needs and adjustments.
- Assist with welcoming guests and providing general directions when needed.
- Communicate event needs and updates to supervisors and team members.
- Follow established safety and event procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable performing hands-on and physical event tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move supplies as required.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; training provided.
