About the Position
Park 6.6 is seeking an organized and dependable Event Assistant to support the planning, preparation, and execution of events in the Los Angeles area. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating details, and helping create well-organized event experiences.
The Event Assistant will work closely with the events and production team to help with schedules, materials, vendors, event setup, and on-site coordination.
Responsibilities
* Assist with planning and coordinating event activities and timelines.
* Help prepare event materials, supplies, signage, and equipment.
* Support event setup and breakdown before and after events.
* Assist with vendor coordination and delivery schedules.
* Maintain event checklists, schedules, and organizational documents.
* Help communicate event details to team members and vendors.
* Provide on-site support during events as directed by the event team.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
