Lead and develop the team. Oversee systems and processes. Steer merchandising and displays. Handle office management. Forecast and budget. Problem solve. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service leadership. Minimum 1 year in full‑service restaurant with bar management required. Experience in a management/supervisory capacity with 1 year of bar management experience. Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems. Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities. Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers, and direct reports. High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
