TEACHER ON SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT - SCC SPECIALIST
Job Summary: The TEACHER TSA temporarily serves outside the traditional classroom role to support district and building initiatives that enhance teaching, learning, and operational excellence. This position is designed for project‑based and collaborative work including curriculum projects, instructional improvement, program development, research and analysis, professional learning facilitation, and district-wide implementation efforts. Responsibilities (examples): Active roles in Lakota Education Association Work Study Coordinator SCC Specialist 7‑12 Gifted Support Advisor Behavior Specialist K‑12 Special Education Academic Coach Special Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Valid Ohio Teaching License. Demonstrated instructional excellence. Experience with leadership or project-based work preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Valid driver's license. Working Conditions: 7.75 hours per day, 184 days per school year calendar.
