SmithGroup is looking for aMarketing Manager to join our East Region in one of the following offices: Boston, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Atlanta, or Charlotte. Working with us, you will: Marketing Management (40%) Coach and mentor the regional pursuit team, focusing on continuous professional growth, tailored development opportunities, and goal setting. Manage regional pursuit workloads, balancing resource allocation, team capacity, and project priorities. Oversee quality control for pursuit-related deliverables and ensures critical data and marketing assets are accurately maintained in core systems. Partner with marketing leadership across regions to elevate best practices, streamline tools, and build team effectiveness. Pursuit Strategy & Execution (40%) Partner with studio and business leaders to develop and execute pursuit, interview, and client engagement strategies. Guide strategic go/no-go discussions, capture planning, and win strategy development. #J-18808-Ljbffr SmithGroup
