Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Travel experience required
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
• Work with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics patient populations
• Required skills: acute disorder, chronic disorder, functional activities
• Preferred skills: standardized assessments, feeding techniques - oral/motor
• Extensive skill set including acute care, adult rehabilitation, amputee care, arthritis programs, CVA rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and more
• Must be willing to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
• Refusal to float may result in termination and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
• Complete non-billable modules pre-start and annually (average 16 hours)
• Work in small hospital serving rural area with generalized populations and diagnoses
• Valid California license required
• 50-mile radius rule applies
• 2 references required covering 1 year within last 3 years
• Return staff policy: 3 months to return as traveler
