Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of quality products at competitive prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote F&B offerings and special events.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
