Dental Hygienist

Sunshine Dental of Gulf Breeze We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our 6 member team. Schedule: Monday–Wednesday 7:30 am–5:00 pm. Thursday 7:30 am–3:00 pm. As a Dental Hygienist , you will be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation. CPR Certification. Preferred Experience Years of clinical experience. Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X-rays and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care. Clinical needs as required by office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year. TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions; test will be arranged during pre‑employment process.
