Location: Remote within Texas

Duration: 12+ months contract and possibility of extension

Minimum Requirements:

• 4 - Required - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, coordination of people and resources, and of project management principles and practices.
• 4 - Required - Knowledge of e-Learning tools, learning management systems; programming languages
• 4 - Required - Knowledge of curriculum design
• 4 - Required - Knowledge of training and development procedures and techniques.
• 4 - Required - Knowledge of computer systems and applications for data management.
• 4 - Required - Knowledge and familiarity with data systems, processes and visualization tools.
• 4 - Required - Knowledge of public administration and management techniques.
• 4 - Required - Knowledge of learning design models and principles; instructional design principles and techniques
• 4 - Required - Skill in using applicable software.
• 4 - Required - Skill in designing graphics and instructional content.
• 4 - Required - Skill in business, program, and systems analysis.
• 4 - Required - Skill in developing goals, objectives, and procedures to monitor and evaluate progress.
• 4 - Required - Skill in writing analyses, documentation, and reports.
• 4 - Required - Skill in organizing and presenting complex information to a variety of audiences verbally and in writing.
• 4 - Required - Skill in identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and negotiating and implementing solutions.

• 4 - Preferred - Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field relevant to assignment is generally preferred.
• 4 - Preferred - Preferred minimum of four or more years’ experience in the field of Learning Management System administration.
• 4 - Preferred - Required Business Analysis and/or project management/project coordination experience.
