Quick Facts Location: Jackson, MI (205 North East Avenue, ZIP 49201) Start Date: 01/04/2027 End Date/Duration: Ongoing coverage until permanent hire Shift: 4-5 shifts per week (including clinic and cath lab) Hours/Week: Flexible, approximately 20-40 hours/week Employment Type: Locum, potential for permanent role License/Certs: Michigan medical license, Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology preferred Experience: Prior Interventional Cardiology experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $429.00/hour Benefits include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Perform cardiac catheterizations and coronary angiography Conduct balloon angioplasty, PCI with IVUS, and stent implantations Treat pulmonary embolisms and perform valvuloplasty, atherectomy, and bifurcation stenting Support mechanical circulatory support procedures (IABP, Impella, ECMO) Participate in clinic and inpatient care for adult patients Assist with APP training within Interventional Cardiology Provide weekday and weekend call coverage with minimal callback times Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care What You Need Required: Medical license in Michigan Board Certified or eligible in Interventional Cardiology Ability to perform complex interventional procedures At least 2+ years of relevant experience Preferred: Experience with mechanical circulatory support devices Strong clinical and procedural skills About the Assignment Join a high-volume, Level II trauma center in Jackson, MI, offering a dynamic environment for Interventional Cardiology.
