Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate with external teams and vendors to align deliverables, timelines, and technical dependencies.
Analyze existing IBM Mainframe systems and support migration strategy and execution.
Resolve technical challenges and remove blockers across teams.
Preferred
Prior experience in mainframe modernization / migration to Java projects.
Experience leading technical teams or engagements.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
