About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room and Urgent Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Charge Nurse Experience, Conscious Sedation, Triage Description: Position requires a Registered Nurse in Emergency Room and Urgent Care. The shift consists of three 12-hour nights, with a focus on weekends. The nurse will handle a patient ratio of 1:4 during all shifts. Experience in charge nursing is preferred. First-time travelers are accepted. Candidates must be willing to work every weekend. The facility handles both adult and pediatric cases. The emergency department and urgent care have a combined total of 17 beds. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services and radiology. The hospital sees a diverse range of diagnoses typical of emergency settings. All ages from neonates to geriatrics are treated. Candidates may be required to float within the facility as needed. Previous experience with the Epic charting system is preferred. Candidates must provide a minimum of one supervisor reference upon submission. Background checks will be conducted before hire. Travelers must be fully aware and compliant with all requirements related to the position.
