Job Details Position Description: The RN maintains high standards of patient care by following care plans, supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, and promoting safety. The RN assesses patients within 8 hours of admission, collaborates with team members, and ensures accurate documentation. Responsibilities include patient education, discharge planning, and supporting a team-oriented environment on an assigned unit. Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS and ACLS (as specified), valid nurse license, and a minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience. Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: The RN performs clinical assessments, initiates discharge planning from the day of admission, and provides direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel.
