Production Specialist

Production Specialist First Digital Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Production Specialist to support litigation-related document production projects. Responsibilities include scanning, printing, OCR, Bates numbering, file conversions, trial binder preparation, electronic file management, quality control, and client communication. The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, experience working under deadlines, and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office 365. Prior litigation support, reprographics, eDiscovery, or legal document services experience is preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receiving, logging and uploading documents/digital files into our system. Custom Records enhancement that includes Bates Stamping, OCRing. Handling media which includes CD-ROMs, color copies, X-Rays, MRIs, Audio/Video, Blueprints and Oversize documents. Establishing and maintaining quality control to ensure work accuracy. Coordinating and preparing records for duplication and/or printing, including electronic file conversion and file upload. Help with digital prepress (printing from electronic files to various digital print devices) Job Qualifications: Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written; the presence, confidence, and communication skills to effectively represent the company.
