Southwestern Center for Independent Living (SWCIL) is seeking a full-time Independent Living Specialist to serve Cottonwood, Nobles, Redwood, Pipestone, and Jackson counties in Southwest Minnesota. The role focuses on IL skills training, advocacy, career guidance, and peer counseling to youth and adults in the community.
