Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site/Field-Based
Compensation: $60,000-70,000 Base + Monthly Bonus

About the Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly growing global food importer and distributor bringing authentic international products to customers across multiple markets. With over 7,000 products across eight specialty food divisions, the company is committed to delivering high-quality global flavors while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

They are seeking a Business Manager to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and support continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Present, promote, and sell company products to existing and prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ethnic and mainstream retail accounts
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify growth opportunities
• Utilize CRM and reporting tools to manage accounts and track performance
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Generate new business through cold calling and lead outreach
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for off-shelf displays and promotional placement
• Maintain planogram compliance within mainstream accounts
• Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and departments
• Provide management with updates on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity

Qualifications
• 2–5 years of sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Experience with CRM platforms (Repsly or similar preferred)
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and order-writing systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Merchandising experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Arabic or Turkish preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between customer locations
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• 5 days per week
• Minimum 40 hours per week
