Registered Behavior Technician ABA Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician ABA Therapist to join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy. As a key member of our in-home ABA therapy team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder. About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician ABA Therapist , you will work closely with our experienced therapists to design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans for children with autism. Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing and monitoring client behavior, tracking progress, and reporting data to therapists and parents
Implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies in home settings
Collaborating with caregivers to develop and maintain a supportive and inclusive environment
Providing crisis support and de-escalation techniques as needed
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying schedules
