Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing to patients with invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring.
• Manage ventilators and titrate critical drips like vasopressors and sedation.
• Collaborate with the hospitalist team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in Hospitalist-led patient care planning and interventions.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records using the EPIC charting system.
• Float to Stepdown or Med-Surg/Telemetry as required, taking a full load of patients.

Qualifications

• Must have current RN license to practice in West Virginia.
• ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications required; PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC preferred.
• Minimum two years of ICU and critical care experience required.
• Experience with CRRT, IABP, and Impella preferred.
• Must be able to read telemetry strips.
• Travel experience required; must not be part of a travel duo.
