Role Overview: As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Business Draft, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering lasting client relationships. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our sales team to expand our reach and enhance our market presence. Working on-site in Beaverton, Oregon, you’ll have the flexibility to engage directly with clients and contribute to our innovative approach in the hiring industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns. Track and report on sales metrics and client feedback to drive improvements. Qualifications: You’re a great fit if you have the following skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS or the hiring industry. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Ability to analyze data and market conditions to inform strategy. Bonus If You: Have a background in franchise operations or hiring. Are familiar with digital marketing strategies. Possess additional languages skills. Employment Type & Availability: This is a Contract position available from Monday through Friday. Location: This position is on-site only in Beaverton, Oregon.
