Key Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and residential staff.
Lead daily team meetings and oversee program operations.
Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions.
Manage assessments, treatment plans, and discharge coordination.
Audit charts and ensure documentation compliance.
Maintain staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness.
Qualifications
Required
Master's Level Clinical license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT , or equivalent license (in good standing). PhD/PsyD preferred
2+ years of supervisory or operational experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or healthcare.
Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavioral health or business administration.
Experience with EHR systems (Lightning Step preferred) .
Knowledge of substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and 12-Step recovery models.
Schedule + Location
Full-time position at Old Oaks Ranch – Wimberley, TX .
Flexible schedule may include evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
Some travel required to other Nova locations in Texas.
Compensation + Benefits
Competitive salary and benefits package, including:
Salary: 60-100k commensurate with experience
