This role combines creative thinking with strong spatial planning to translate concepts into clear, effective in-store layouts.You will use AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools to develop and maintain floor plans and visual concepts, ensuring consistency across projects while supporting both Visual Merchandising team initiatives and broader company programs.* Plan effective store layouts and fixture placement to support the customer experience.* Use AutoCAD LT to create and manage floor plans, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Maintain store profile spreadsheets and updates.* Present layouts to cross-functional partners and adjust based on feedback or product changes.* Produce Visual Directive Guides using AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, and Relex for field execution.* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure on-time execution. Visit stores post-execution to evaluate layouts, validate customer flow, and document learnings for continuous improvement.* Participate in product development and planning meetings to advocate for Visual Merchandising needs and evaluate space implications.**Work Location:** Hybrid role based in Alameda, CA, with in‐office presence as required by business needs.**Experience & Skills You'll Bring*** AutoCAD LT 2026 proficiency or working knowledge required.* 3–5 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail environment preferred.* Strong spatial visualization and 3D thinking skills.* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) is a plus.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) is a plus.* Working knowledge of Relex Space Planning is a plus.* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.* Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team environment.* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.CA Pay Range is $75,000 to $80,000 annually#LI-LO1#LI-HybridFull time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.Benefits for full-time employment on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment include offerings for programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending, Commuter Benefits and Employee Assistance.If you need reasonable accommodations to complete the on-line application, please contact the Human Resource Department:**Phone:** View phone number on click.appcast.io**Email: View email address on click.appcast.io**This email address is only to request reasonable accommodation for the application process due to a medical condition.
