Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities Manufacturer required training and certification Responsibilities: Greet each client in a prompt, courteous and enthusiastic manner 100% of the time and never differentiate between client that is paying for service and warranty service. Serve as the liaison between the clients (collecting accurate and relevant data) and technicians (providing each with necessary updates); ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needs and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service. Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required, entering RO into service database system. Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs Process payments and handle customer inquiries Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive or related industry is required. Luxury dealership experience is preferred. Knowledge of automotive service repair, brake repair, diesel engine repair, tire service, preventive maintenance, electrical vehicles, and suspension systems is required. Great attitude with a high-energy, outgoing personality with experience in developing relationships.
