If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!A well-established Transportation Company that has been in business for over 40 years, known for their great reputation and top-notch service, is looking for a Driver Recruiter to join their team.Truck Driver Recruiter QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience working with peopleSales or recruiting experienceTrucking or transportation experienceCommunication skillsBasic computer skillsThorough knowledge of DOT regulations and shipping requirements for all modes of shipmentsTruck Driver Recruiter Job ResponsibilitiesRespond to and act on inbound leadsPromote driving opportunitiesAssist with weekly reporting and driver retentionDevelop leads for all roles through referrals, cold calls, online platforms, and other resourcesEnsure all hiring practices comply with federal and state lawsRecruit qualified candidates and maintain a driver count appropriate to the needs of the locationExperience in Truck driver recruiting process/ Screening, Background and driving records, Interviews, Physicals, and ReferencesMust be willing to attend job fairs and extracurricular activities in order to recruitMonitor drivers for 90 days after hiringJoin us in driving success and wonderful experiences in the world of trucking and transportation!
