1 Role Marketing Automation Specialist- Redpoint (RPDM)
2 Required Technical Skill Set
• Hands-on experience with Redpoint RPDM tool
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL and data segmentation logic
• Familiarity with CDP platform Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
• Hands-on experience with Redpoint (RPI & RPDM) tool
• Knowledge on Redshift
Good-to-Have WS technologies (EC2, S3, Glue) SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Redpoint Interactions
2 Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
3 Build and monitor workflows and customer journeys.
4 /B testing and performance tracking.
