Business Development Representative - Service

This role is instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting service customers with appointment scheduling, providing updates, and supporting customer retention initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Handle all inbound and outbound calls professionally while following established scripts and processes Promptly answer incoming service inquiries and provide outstanding customer support Schedule and manage service appointments according to dealership guidelines Accurately enter, maintain, and update customer information in CRM systems Perform outbound calling activities, including: No-show follow-ups Appointment confirmations Service reminders Lead follow-ups Task list completion Meet or exceed performance goals, including approximately 125 outbound calls per day Help maintain balanced appointment scheduling across the service department Uphold company standards and maintain a professional demeanor at all times Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required Strong customer service experience required Excellent verbal communication and phone skills Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up abilities Comfortable working with computers, CRM platforms, and dealership software Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and mandatory Saturdays What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Growth opportunities within a successful and expanding automotive group Supportive team environment Award-winning company culture Pay $17.50 per hour If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy helping people, and are looking for an opportunity to grow your career with a respected automotive organization, we encourage you to apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr Advantage Auto Group Inc
