Position Summary
We are looking for a Front Office Representative to serve as a welcoming point of contact for visitors callers and customers. This role combines front desk service communication scheduling and general office support.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member
- Provide general information about the company and its services
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Receive and organize mail packages and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Take messages and communicate information accurately
- Assist with filing documents and routine administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly professional and dependable
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable handling telephone and in-person inquiries
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous front office receptionist administrative or customer service experience is a plus
