End User Support Specialist

Fulltime Direct Hire Position (No Contracting) - Onsite 5 days a week in Lake Mary, FL Pay is $65,000 annually + full benefits; NO (Sponsorship, C2C) Green Card or US Citizen Only Job Description CBTS is searching for an End user Support Specialist (Mobility MDM (Intune)) who will assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining the mobile phone and infrastructure solutions to support the organization's user base. The Engineer will work under the supervision of more senior team members to analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of Mobility services. This is an onsite (5 days a week) office position responsible for inventory and provisioning of user devices. Responsibilities Experience with support of enterprise environments including iOS and Android Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training and support Participate in Monthly on-call rotation Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or equivalent experience VMware AirWatch Associate – Enterprise Mobility or equivalent experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other IT teams Skilled at mentoring junior team members to grow technical and process knowledge PowerShell Scripting and Automation Knowledge of iOS, Android – Phones and Tablets Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail Requirements Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses: 3 to 5 years’ experience aiding in designing, implementing, and managing Mobile Device Management, Mobile Application Management, Mobile Content Management, Mobile Email Management, Application Wrapping Concepts and BYOD environment.
