Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental leave Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of leadership experience in heavy industrial operations (steel mill services, slag processing, metals, construction, or related industry) Proven experience managing multi-shift operations in a high-risk industrial environment Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Demonstrated success leading large hourly workforces Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience working directly with customers in an operational services capacity Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in industrial environments Primary Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day site operations within a 24/7 heavy industrial steel mill environment Serve as the primary liaison between the customer (mill leadership) and executive operations leadership Drive a strong safety culture focused on hazard recognition, compliance, and workforce accountability Ensure operational excellence across manpower, materials, and equipment utilization Manage workforce planning, headcount, and performance across multiple shifts Oversee cost control, budgeting, and site-level profitability (P&L responsibility) Ensure compliance with customer contract terms and company performance standards Improve operational processes, productivity, and quality measures Lead employee relations and foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations Oversee capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives Why choose Addison Group?
