Responsibilities for HR Recruiter include but are not limited to:

• Recruiting for Branch ambassador positions (equivalent to a teller role) East coast through Texas

• Corporate recruiting experience required or hospitality recruiting. No IT recruiters

• Connecting w/ clients coming in building relationships and educating them on products and services they have

• Think outside the box - challenge status quo to bring in higher level of talent.

• Looking for someone who has worked in a dynamic environment

Candidates HR Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Must be highly organized

• Experience with Google suites

• Recruiting for Market Manager/Branch Manager Leadership Role.

• High volume (12 hires per month within dedicated market)

• Strong attention to detail and great communication skills

• Some help clients strategically hire to fill markets

• Looking for someone who is proactive

• Strategically navigate change

• Focus on select markets building relationship with client

• Understand profile and execute client needs

• Looking to fill projected growth

• Able to deliver an amazing experience for both candidate and client

• Pay: $ 45.65/hr.


• Shift: Hybrid, M-F; 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay Details: $45.65 per hour
