Nurse Practitioner

Aspirus Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient Neurosurgery clinic in Duluth, Minnesota. This is a great opportunity to work closely with experienced surgeons in a highly supportive, team-focused environment while building specialized clinical skills. OPPORTUNITY: Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) No call responsibilities Collaborative, cohesive, and collegial team environment with strong mentorship and support from neurosurgeons New grads encouraged to apply! Manage surgical follow-ups, non-surgical consultations, suture removal, and ongoing patient care management Opportunity to perform injections (including Botox & trigger point) Adult patient population Neurosurgery or trauma experience is helpful but not required Work within a comprehensive care team, including: Two Neurosurgeons RN Navigator Medical Assistant Intake Assistant Referral Specialist BENEFITS: Competitive benefits and generous compensation package including relocation assistance, student loan repayment program,annual CME allowance, and a sign‑on bonus. $118,000 – $148,250/year.
