We're looking for someone who loves computers — the kind of person who builds their own rigs, runs a server in a closet, or can't leave a weird bug alone until it's solved.

Shiloh & Bros is a YouTube channel with a small production team, and our workflow depends on our tech: editing workstations, storage full of footage, networks on set, and the tools we built to run the business. We need someone who keeps all of it running and enjoys making it better. This is a fully on-site role, because the work happens where our gear and our crew are.

We care more about curiosity and hands-on experience than job titles or years in the field. If you've taught yourself most of what you know, we'd especially like to hear from you.

• Keep our editing workstations fast and stable so editors aren't fighting dropped frames, crashes, or full drives

• Manage storage and backups for a growing library of footage, and make sure nothing gets lost

• Handle tech on shoot days: networking, cameras talking to computers, and fixing what breaks under pressure

• Support and improve the internal tools we use for production, scheduling, and payments

• Set up new gear, retire old gear, and keep track of what we have

• Explain tech problems and fixes in plain language to a crew of creatives, not engineers

• You've built, upgraded, or repaired computers because you wanted to, not because someone asked

• You run something at home: a homelab, media server, NAS, home network, or a pile of half-finished projects

• You get curious when something breaks and keep digging until you know why

• You're the person friends and family call when their tech stops working

• You can explain what you did without making anyone feel dumb

No degree or certifications are required. Professional IT experience is welcome, but not the main thing we're looking for.

• Experience with video editing software or post-production workflows

• Comfort with networking basics such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi

• Some scripting or coding, even if it's just automating your own stuff

• Interest in YouTube, filmmaking, or gaming
