Job Title: Project Manager
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $105,000 – $120,000
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project activities, timelines, and schedules from start to completion
- Coordinate and manage project resources, subcontractors, and field teams
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships
- Prepare and manage submittals, change orders, close-outs, and other critical project documentation
- Track progress and report project status, risks, and milestones to senior management
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 2–3 years of construction project management experience; experience with stone, tile, or flooring is strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; CAD experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve
