Retail Display Installer – Technology Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home on average; paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends not required (but may be needed). Job Type: Per required need. Work Location: Market - SS - CA - Los Angeles. Role Overview: 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google and HP. Responsibilities include installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, display repairs, following planograms and client‑specific directives, using mobile applications for assignments, and ensuring high‑quality execution on every project. Keep availability updated and accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps and fixtures. Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site. Maintain and update displays per planograms/ client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people). Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Submit accurate timecards, report anomalies daily with necessary corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Complete training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as required. Scheduling / Planning Hours and locations may vary week to week; early morning hours possible; occasional weekends and holidays based on client requirements. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Project Execution Execute all directives fully and completely. Work closely with shared services team to achieve goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive solutions for operational efficiencies. Relationship Development Build and maintain strong relationships with shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders. Foster collaboration and communication within internal teams and with clients and field representatives. Leadership & Cross‑Functional Work Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company. Set high standards for behavior, foster a positive work environment, and maintain respectful communication with all team members. Work across all company aspects and through cross‑functional processes for alignment and operational success. Customer & Client Satisfaction Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or improves upon established shared service field KPIs. Provide and receive feedback openly. Qualifications Age / Eligibility Must be 18 or older (insurance requirement). Must be authorized to work in the United States. Availability Flexible availability Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities Climb ladder up to 10 feet. Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Capable of kneeling, walking, crouching, bending, handling, grasping, and reaching overhead. Adaptability Ability to adjust to ever‑changing tasks and work environments. Communication Skills Effective communication via phone, text, and email. Use smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, app downloads, internet connectivity. Respond quickly (typically within 24 hours) to field services management. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial. Experience Preferred Installation and merchandising experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to follow planogram directives. Technology Own Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data. Navigate communication platforms and applications independently. Training Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frame. Work collaboratively and autonomously. Transportation and Travel Reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. Leadership & Communication Superior leadership and professional communication. Make sound decisions and problem‑solve effectively. Work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.
