We have built our huge customer database on honesty, quality workmanship, and care for our clients. Job Details: We offer a clean and organized shop environment. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, and closed on weekends. Perfect opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual who is looking for long-term employment by working in a very busy, but relaxed shop atmosphere. We are looking for a positive individual who is cheerful, friendly, and enjoys learning new things while maintaining premium customer service to be a part of our team. Responsibilities: Maintaining good communication between the shop and the customer. Monitoring customer records to check for regular scheduled servicing or future work and contacting customers to arrange appointments. Releasing repaired equipment to customers and explaining work completed with costs accrued, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
