Start Date: ASAP

Employment Duration: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: 16- and 24-hour shifts

Hours/Week: Variable

Licensure/Certifications: Georgia RN and APRN license, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification

Experience: Prior neonatal or pediatric acute care experience preferred

Compensation: Competitive based on experience and training

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring
• Support and collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Provide care in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art hospital environment
• Participate in structured shifts, including nights and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage
• Contribute to a caring, patient-centered neonatal program serving approximately 1,000 annual births

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Georgia RN license and APRN certification for Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in neonatal or pediatric acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a Level III NICU
• Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
