Job Description

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status.
- Document and maintain accurate patient health records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.
- Active RN license.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with EPIC EHR preferred.
- COVID-19 vaccination required for onboarding.
- Other immunizations and health screenings as specified.
