Technical Business Analyst (Disaster Recovery)

Technical Business Analyst5+ years of Technical Business Analyst experienceExperience gathering requirements, process documentation, and gap analysisExperience supporting Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity, or resiliency initiativesProficiency in writing User Stories (Jira)Microsoft 365 and hybrid environment knowledgeProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, mockups)Familiarity with hybrid environments (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with matrixed teams on large initiatives, executing KPIs, and driving outcomesJob DescriptionThe Technical Business Analyst will partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support enterprise technology initiatives. This role will be dedicated to a Disaster Recovery (DR) Remediation program, helping identify application dependencies, document recovery requirements, perform gap analyses, and track remediation efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work across multiple teams to drive deliverables and improve organizational resiliency. Insight Global
