Position: Orthodontist We are currently looking for an Orthodontist to become a vital part of our expanding team. Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic. Responsibilities As an Orthodontist, you will provide orthodontic services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% being adults (varies by location) An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payers Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A certificate of completion from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic residency program A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults This Opportunity Provides: Opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration Attractive sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance for all full-time positions Support for student loan repayment What We Offer: A guaranteed base salary exceeding $350K with unlimited bonus potential A sign-on bonus No lab fees Full-time providers can participate in Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans, as well as HSA/FSA options Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, along with Basic Life Insurance, fully covered by the organization A 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage Paid holidays and time off Reimbursement for continuing education Continuing education opportunities through an ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursement for licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including memberships in organizations like ADA and/or AAPD Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
