Job Description

As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to lead end-user support operations and drive service excellence across the business.

This role is ideal for a people-first leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams while driving exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop IT support team members.
• Establish performance expectations, provide feedback, and support employee growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer service excellence.
• Oversee help desk operations, end-user support, workplace technology, and asset management.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to improve support processes and user experience.
• Manage vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
