Fuel Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

As a Fuel Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as an important point of contact for our customers, helping them place orders, answer questions, manage account information, and ensure they receive exceptional service.

This position works closely with customers, drivers, and other team members to keep operations running smoothly while providing a positive customer experience.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Take fuel and service orders and provide product information
• Maintain accurate customer information within company systems
• Monitor and manage autofill customer accounts to ensure timely deliveries
• Process and maintain pricing information within company software
• Set up and monitor fuel contract gallon usage
• Maintain truck maintenance and testing schedules for the fuel department
• Provide backup support to other team members when needed
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems and think critically
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience in fuel, transportation, logistics, or a related industry
• Experience working with customer account management systems
