Responsibilities

• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently, directing calls appropriately.

• Maintain accurate scheduling by managing calendars and appointment bookings for nursing staff and other departments.

• Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and updating patient records with precision.

• Support office management tasks such as organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

• Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for documentation and bookkeeping purposes.

• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly, practicing proper phone etiquette, and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Prior experience in office management or administrative roles within healthcare or related fields is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse populations effectively.

• Proficiency in computer literacy including typing speed, data entry accuracy, and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.

• Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and clerical tasks such as filing and proofreading.

• Knowledge of office management tools like Google Workspace and QuickBooks is desirable for bookkeeping and recordkeeping tasks.
