IM, FP, or Geriatric IM Physician Needed in Florida for a Full-Time Outpatient Position
Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm schedule with no nights and no weekends
35 patient-facing hours with 5 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
Established patient panel with a sustainable and predictable workload
Multidisciplinary team includes endocrinologists, pharmacists, dieticians, and social workers
Outpatient-only, value-based care model focused on chronic disease management
New graduates welcome; value-based care training provided
Shared call arrangement among providers in the group
