Support Services Supervisor

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We're seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll assist the Support Services Director in ensuring our community remains a comfortable, homelike environment where residents can thrive and staff can work safely.

As Supervisor, you will:

- Train, mentor, and coach support services staff in all areas of housekeeping & floor care.

- Oversee daily cleaning routines, discharge and isolation room cleaning, and preparation of new admission rooms, suites, and apartments.

- Ensure cleaning standards and infection control protocols are consistently upheld.

- Serve as the primary backup for our in-house laundry services department.

- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative workplace focused on respect, quality, and care.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in housekeeping/environmental services, preferably in healthcare or senior living.

- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
