Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings
• Understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students in K–12
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district requirements
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and help guide educational interventions
