Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Pack finished products in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications (including bagging, boxing, labeling, and kitting).
- Conduct visual quality inspections during packaging to identify and report product defects prior to shipment.
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols (gowning, contamination control, and sanitary standards) for cleanroom-designated assignments.
- Apply lot numbers, labels, and traceability documentation accurately to outgoing packages.
- Verify physical item counts against work orders, shipping manifests, and packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized packaging area and monitor local supply inventories.
- Consistently meet output and pacing targets while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
- High Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control, accurate quantity counting, precise labeling, and lot traceability during final packaging steps.
- Procedural Compliance: Ability to adhere strictly to written work instructions, standard operating procedures, and cleanroom/gowning protocols (experience in medical device packaging is a plus, but not required).
- Consistent Output & Focus: Demonstrated ability to maintain a steady, reliable pace in a high-volume, repetitive production environment without compromising quality
