Summary You will serve as a SHIPWRIGHT SUPERVISOR I in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will assign, direct, and review the work of subordinates, and evaluate their work performance. You will solve problems related to the work supervised. You will determine material, equipment, and facilities needed. You will establish deadlines, priorities, work sequences, and plan work assignments based on general work schedules, methods, and policies. You will redirect individual workers and resources to accomplish unanticipated work.
