Responsibilities As a Customer Service Specialist you will be a subject‑matter expert and a pivotal role in ensuring every customer has the best experience. You will... Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments. Navigate a Windows‑based and web‑based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules. Schedule appointments to minimize drive time and recommend alternative routes when appropriate. Use listening skills and probing questions to identify the customer’s concern and evaluate their needs. Maintain the customer database with accurate information including call details, dispositions, payments and results. Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours. Participate in quality assurance processes, programs and initiatives. Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information. Benefits and Compensation Pay of $20 to $22 hourly.
